These terms apply to anyone who uses christmasplug.com (“ChristmasPlug,” “we,” “us”), including homeowners searching for installers and contractors who list their business in our directory. By using the site or creating a listing, you agree to these terms.
Free directory listings
Listing your company in the ChristmasPlug directory is free. There are no fees for listings and no charges per lead. Homeowners who contact you through your profile reach you directly.
Your listing information
You are responsible for making sure everything in your listing is accurate and truthful, including your company name, contact details, service area, licensing and insurance status, and any Google rating or review count you enter. You must own or have permission to use any photos, logos or text you upload, and you give ChristmasPlug permission to display them on the site and in our promotion of the directory.
How listings are ranked
Search results are ordered to show homeowners the most relevant and active installers in their area. Ranking considers factors such as location, profile completeness, photos, reviews and recent activity. We may change how ranking works at any time, and we do not guarantee any particular position.
Contact from ChristmasPlug and Grants Outdoor
When you create a listing, you agree that ChristmasPlug and our sister company Grants Outdoor may contact you by phone, text or email about your listing and about products, training and services for Christmas light installers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
Leads and jobs
ChristmasPlug is a directory only. We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor, and we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, licensing or insurance of any contractor, or the outcome of any job. Homeowners should verify licensing and insurance and get written estimates before hiring.
Removing or editing listings
You can edit your listing at any time from your account. We may edit, hide or remove any listing that contains false or misleading information, violates these terms, duplicates another listing, or that we otherwise believe harms homeowners or the directory.
