This policy applies to paid GOAT Verified memberships. Listing on ChristmasPlug is always free.
Automatic renewal
Memberships are billed monthly or annually (annual is paid upfront at 50% off) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We email annual members at least 15 days before each renewal.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing christmasplug2025@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your pages and badge stay live until then. Instead of cancelling, you can keep your cities on hold for a lower monthly fee.
Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not issue partial-period credits, except: (1) if we end your membership for convenience, we refund any prepaid annual fee for the unused full months; and (2) if we materially reduce the benefits, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund of any prepaid annual fee for the unused months.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, you have a 15-day grace period to update your payment method, and your pages stay live. After 15 days unpaid, your pages and badge are paused but your cities are held. After 30 days unpaid, the membership ends and your cities are released. Paying late does not change your billing date.
Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If a payment is disputed, we may pause your pages and badge until the dispute is resolved.
