When should I book Christmas light installation?

In January we prioritize the customers that contact us and stay in touch the most. We get a 50% deposit on all customers before installation, and about 10% book in January. By August about 30% have already rebooked and dates start becoming more limited. By late October we are likely going to prioritize new customers because they didn't ignore us all year and our messages to sign them up.

If you're contacting your old company in November, expect a price increase, zero discounts and probably a delay on installation with bigger companies.
